HowTo Setup A CVS Sandbox for Emle

1. Set up a sandbox for the next set of changes. The
strings are not changed at this time because we do not know
at which level of change the next release will be. Will
it be a major (3.2-5 -> 4.0-0), a minor (3.2-5 -> 3.3-0) or
a dash or patch (3.2-5 -> 3.2-6) release?
 
 a. Delete the release files/directories.

 Delete these directories from work/emle.sourceforge.net:

  o emle
  o htdocs

 b. Get working files into the sandbox from SourceForge.net.

 CVS Checkout these modules:

  o emle
  o htdocs
